The Druids of Vale are mostly, although not exclusively, Halfling Druids on The Seventh Hammer Everquest Server. We believe in helping our neighbour out when they need help. We won't, however, be taken advantage of. We support the struggling hero but we shall look passed or turn our heads on the lazy folk who will not attempt to help themselves and expect others to do his business for them. Druids of Vale is generally a peaceful guild. Members are free to go just as they are free to join, so long as the member agrees with this statement. We also want to call attention to Halfling Druids, as people associate size with power. We wish to disprove this myth, and we wish to recognize the strength of Halfling Druids and gain respect for us. We wish for the triumph and the feeling of a job well done when fighting the good fight, whether it be ourselves in the glory or watching someone we helped. We also promote honesty for it is honesty that will ultimately decide your fate. We certainly don't want to tell you what to do, only you have that decision and in the end, only you will choose what is right for you.

February 14th, 2002: Happy Valentine's Day everybody! Hope you like the temporary home page face lift! I've decided to "Googlize" the site!
February 13th, 2002: Though Not perfect, the game is working again. Guild news: Bigwind is promoted to Officer! Congrats to him!
Patch update 2: Seems that for me and several other GeForce 2 video card owners the patch has done something that prevents us from running the game. At first, you would receive error message about updated your Nvidia drivers, they want version 2.2.8.0 GeForce 2 chipset drivers (which can be found here). For me, upgrading the drivers did not fix my problem (but did upgrade my video drivers, so it's not that bad). Chat server is jam packed with people having the same problem.
Patch update...login server was congested at 11:16 EST, but I'll keep trying. Patch Changes include: Con-able corpse, corpses last 7 days (for those of us passed level 5) regaurdless of online status, more-randomized NPC spawning, and Snakes in Lavastorm are now ANIMALS. That's good news and bad news for us druids... Good news is we can now charm them. Bad news is...expulse summoned will probably no longer function on these animals. *UPDTATE* Expulse Summoned line of spells still work on Lavacrawlers! Excellent news for Druids in Lavastorm!

Patch in the morning means downtime. =**( 03:00 PST (GMT -08:00), or 06:00 EST (GMT -05:00) is the time they will bring the servers down, expected downtime is 6 hours.
