This guild will help you be on your way to learning new languages of Norrath and Luclin.  This may seem complicated or may seem like a lot of work setting up, but stick with it and you'll see results in no time!

Step One:  Get set up!  The first thing you need to do is get set up.  For this, you will make a hotbutton.  You can do this buy clicking on the Socials button, then on going to an empty page, right clicking on one of the bars.  Give it a name such as SPAM.  Now fill ALL the the lines up with whatever you want.  You can make a five line poem if you'd like.  I use random numbers that fill the entire line as I heard this helps learning languages faster.  Now assign it to a hotbutton.  If you don't know how to do this, open up that Everquest Manual (or go to EQ's official site and download the manual in PDF).

Step Two:  Find a partner!  The language you wish to learn must be spoken by another player character on Everquest.  Your maximum skill in that language will be equal for their maximum skill in that language.  For example, if your partner has a skill of 76 in Vah Shir, your maximum skill in Vah Shir will be 76.  The only way to increase that beyond 76 is find someone with a higher skill.  Usually, people have maxed out language skills, anyway.

Step Three:  Find a location.  Once you have grouped up with your partners, you need to find a location.  The ideal place is Misty Thicket/Rivervale zone wall.  You will need to be near a zone because the language that you learned will NOT take affect until after you zone (or log off).  Being near a zone wall helps you view progress.

Step Four:  Prepare yourselves.  But before you start spamming each other, sit down.  ALL party members should sit down.  Why?  Because how do you tell somebody to stop spamming if 5 other people are sending you spam?  You can't just say STOP because the text will be going too fast to read.  If you want people to stop spamming, you will STAND.  When you see someone stand up, STOP spamming.  Also, you will at this point want to select the language the other person wants to learn.  While you are selecting languages, select the GROUP say channel.

Step five:  SPAM SPAM SPAM.  Hit that hot key till someone stands.  Don't stop before then.

Steop Six:  Zone and see progress, repeat if steps four through six if needed.
